Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. Terms and conditions are deemed to be accepted upon any booking.

PAYMENT POLICY



  • A credit card is required to secure all bookings and may be processed following a breach of the terms and conditions.

  • During Special Events (to be determined by Pipinui Motel) a minimum non-refundable deposit of two-nights tariff will be charged upon booking.

  • Between 20 December and 31 January (regardless of the year) a minimum non-refundable deposit of two nights tariff will be charged upon booking.

PET FRIENDLY ROOM

Not currently available

  • Pets must be under 6kg to stay

  • All pets on site must be approved of by Pipinui management

  • Please get in touch ahead of time to arrange approval

  • There is an additional cleaning fee of $15 per night for pets

  • Under no circumstances shall a pet sleep in the guest bed

  • Pets are to come with their own bedding

  • Please be aware of the council pet restrictions during the busy summer period

  •  If the cleaning is more detailed than normal, under your Guest responsibilities in Terms and Conditions you may be subject to additional charges.

CANCELLATION POLICY



  • Notice of cancellation must be provided 48 hours prior to the booked date according to the check-in time of 2pm.

  • We reserve the right to process a guest provided credit card for the full amount of the quoted tariff if notification is received outside of the above criteria.

  • For a stay exceeding 4 nights, group bookings, special events and the dates between 20 December and 31 January notification of cancellation or amendment must be received 14 days prior to the booked date according to the check-in time of 2pm.

  • A request to reduce the length of stay on an existing reservation may result in the reservation no longer being accepted during minimum stay periods.

  • We reserve the right to process a guest provided credit card for the full amount of the quoted tariff if notification is received outside of the above criteria.

ACCESSIBILITY



  • Room one is our accessibility room

  • Guests must book specifically room one if this is needed

  • If room one is unavailable during your dates but room three is, please contact motel management to see if there is anything we can do. 

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Smoking and the cooking of odorous food is prohibited in all rooms. The registered guest is responsible for any loss of income due to the inability to on sell a room as a result of any odour damage.

  • The registered guest is responsible for any theft or physical damage caused to Pipinui Motel by any guest or visitor for whom they are responsible for.

  • The registered guest is responsible for any cleaning or replacement costs if a room is left in an unsatisfactory condition.

  • The guest understands that the rooms are intended for couples, and have 1 bed (unless additional are booked)

ADDITIONAL BEDS



  • There is a one off rate of $30 per additional bed per booking. This fee is to cover the additional bedding requirements.

  • Under no circumstances shall a guest sleep on a sleeper sofa with out bedding.

  • The first additional bed for a Suite room will be a dressed sleeper sofa, unless otherwise requested/discussed with Pipinui motel management.

  • The additional bed for a Studio room will be a roll away bed.

  • Suites may have a maximum of 2 additional beds

  • Studios may have a maximum on 1 additional bed
